About

Family Resource Center St. Croix Valley’s (FRCSCV) mission is to strengthen children, families and communities by offering education, resources and support.

FRCSCV works with families with children prenatal to kindergarten entry in Pierce, Polk and St. Croix Counties at no-cost to families.

CVTC offers in person classes in Eau Claire, River Falls, and Menomonie. Classes are based on English level. Click HERE to view the Spring 2024 calendar.

Clients wanting to take ELL classes need to fill out the registration form and meet with a College Navigator to complete an orientation.

Operation Help

Operation HELP provides residents of St. Croix County with financial assistance, a place for personal support, and connections to community resources to alleviate short-term economic crises.
